Meet Hannah

Hi all, my name is Hannah. I am a fitness and nutrition coach. For as long as I can remember, I've always been passionate about health and wellness. However, I really started struggling with my body image in my late adolescence. I fell into unhealthy habits, and began mentally and physically deteriorating. When I hit rock bottom, I knew I needed to get myself out of that deep hole, but I had no idea how to do so. After a lot of trial and error phases and strong perseverance, I was able to get myself on track to a happy and health lifestyle, and I can now say that I have been progressing on this path for many years now. Since then, I pursued an education in fitness and nutrition, and I now help other women who are struggling to reach their goals/form a healthy lifestyle (and I get them results!).

1:1 COACHING WITH HANNAH

I work with clients closely to ensure you reach your goals. With constant feedback and support from me, I will always find a way to help you overcome your challenges, and will celebrate all of your wins with you.

PROGRESSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM

I will create a fitness program that is tailored 100% to you. Whether you have time to hit the gym, or you're a busy parent/employee and need to workout at home, I can help you reach your fitness goals.

CUSTOMIZABLE MEAL PLAN

I will pay close attention to the foods that you like/dislike when making your customizable meal plan. This way you always consume the foods you enjoy, and you will sustain your results long term.
